FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How does it all work?

  • Decide what day and session time you would like to visit.
  • Buy your tickets either online or at the park (booking in advance reserves spaces at your preferred session time if we are at capacity).
  • Complete a Safety Waiver online for your convenience.
  • Arrive at the Park 15 – 20 minutes before your session time.
  • Check in at reception, receive your wristband for your booked jump session (remember sessions start on the hour).

Listen carefully to our Court Monitors safety briefing which will happen 5 minutes prior to your session starting.

Once the previous sessions’ jumpers are clear it’s your turn for some flipping fun!

During your session, listen for call-outs over the PA system for competitions and events.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes such as shorts, sweats, and t-shirts. No sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs. You may not wear shoes on the trampolines. Socks or bare feet only. No jewellery is permitted on the trampolines. Refer to our Park Rules for more details.

Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?

No. However, time slots often fill up quickly and without a reservation there is no guarantee space will be available.

Can I just walk in?

Yes, you can but having a fun time is popular and we sometimes reach our capacity. We recommend you drop by our website to book your jump session online and rest easy.

Do I need to pay for the tickets when I book online?

All online bookings need to be paid when making the reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can pay over the counter at the park  with cash or Eftpos, but in this case, by not booking in advance and you run the risk of missing out on your preferred jump time and then having to wait for a session with available space.

Is my booking refundable or transferrable?

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable within 7 days of the jump date. If you have further concerns about this please contact us.

Do I have to sign a waiver?

Yes, everyone who jumps on our trampolines must first sign our safety waiver. Those under 16 must have the waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian.

Do I have to sign a waiver if I have been to Flippin’ Fun before?

No. You only need to sign the waiver on your first visit to our park. We will have your details in our system, so just come to the counter and check in!

Is there supervision?

You bet. Our friendly Tramp Crew are there to make sure everyone jumps safely and has a great time.

Are there any size or age restrictions?

One of the great things about trampolining is that anyone and everyone can do it, from young children to their parents and even grandparents!! And besides, if you can walk you can jump! For the toddlers confidence we recommend a parent jump as well.

Even though they are welcome at any time, we do have special jumping times for our pre-school jump enthusiasts. Please check details on our Little Flippers classes under Activities and Programmes on the Home page.

Is there a weight restriction?

To maintain trampoline safety standards there weight limit for an individual jumper of 120kg. We recommend anyone with individual fitness or weight-related concerns consult a physician and receive medical clearance for rigorous physical activity on an unstable surface before engaging in trampoline jumping.

Is food available?

We have wonderful coffee and hot chocolate for sale to our dedicated spectators! We also sell a selection of cold drinks and ice creams to cool down our exhausted jumpers!

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Only if you have booked one of our Flippin’Fun parties. We have a range of food and beverage to replenish jumpers’ energy levels.

Can I leave my child unattended at Flippin’ Fun?

Children aged 11 years or younger must not be left at Flippin’ Fun without a guardian.

Do you offer a family pass?

Yes, we offer a special price for a family (2 parents and 2 children or 1 parent and 3 children) Please refer to our Hours/Pricing on the homepage.

Do you offer Group Discount?

Yes – A discount applies for any booking of 12 or more people. Please refer to our Hours/Pricing or contact us directly.

Can I rent Flippin’ Fun exclusively for a private function?

Absolutely. We can tailor make a package for you and your group to enjoy the exclusive use of our facilities. We also offer discounted rates for field trips for schools, church groups and educational organizations. Please visit our Group Events to enquire about our private functions.
